• ½ Sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • ¼ BBQ chicken
  • 4 Slices salami
  • 2 Broccolini stalks
  • ¼ Zucchini
  • Cheese to top


Step 1

Thinly slice your sweet potato diagonally across into discs (about as thick as cereal box cardboard). Then layer the discs so they only slightly overlap onto baking paper

Step 2

With a spoon gently spread your tomato puree over the base of discs. (Optional extra: whisk an egg and gently spread it over the base, this will cook and hold the sweet potato discs together)

Step 3

Slice your chicken, salami, broccolini and zucchini into small pieces and assemble the pizza. Finally top with cheese

Step 4

Cook in 180C oven for 20min or until sweet potato disks are tender and crispy around the edge
