NDIS Provider Status

Juiced Up Groms is currently an unregistered NDIS provider.

This means we are not registered with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). However, under the NDIS framework, participants who are self-managed or plan-managed may choose to engage either registered or unregistered providers, provided the supports align with their NDIS goals and funding categories.

What This Means for Participants

• Participants who are self-managed may use their NDIS funding to access our programs where supports align with their plan goals.
• Participants who are plan-managed may also use their funding through their plan manager.
• We do not provide supports to NDIA-managed participants, as this requires registered provider status.

How Our Programs Align

Our programs are designed to support participant goals commonly funded under:

• Capacity Building supports
• Core – Assistance with Social & Community Participation

All services are delivered in accordance with participant goals, service agreements, and invoicing requirements for self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Transparency & Compliance

We are committed to:

• Clear and accurate representation of our provider status
• Ethical marketing and communication
• Delivering high-quality, goal-oriented supports
• Ongoing review of compliance obligations

If you have questions about whether our programs are appropriate for your NDIS plan, we encourage you to speak with your Support Coordinator, Plan Manager, or contact us directly.
