Holiday Program (The Winter Games Edition):

What’s involved: kick off with an action-packed 60min session of games, challenges & obstacle courses. The groms are divided into small groups (based on age/skill), and rotate through multiple game stations, such as Hockey, T-Ball, Mega Obstacle Course, Dodgeball, Beach Ball Rodeo and more.

After the games – cool down with delicious, freshly blended smoothies (all dairy/nut free and multiple flavours to choose from). The total program (games and smoothies) runs for 90min.

Where/When: on the grassy fields at Maroochydore Rugby Union Fields (Fourth Av). There is plenty of shade for the whole family to watch and cheer.

Select from two dates – Saturday 23rd September (9:30am-11am) or Sunday 24th September (9:30am-11am). Head to the registration form to book your holiday session.

Prices: $25 each (family discounts available). Includes 60min games session, smoothie workshop, and take home healthy living pack.

4 Week Program:

What’s involved: each session (over 4 weeks) consists of a 60min games/sports/challenges session, and 20min Smoothie Workshop (week 1 & 4)

Schedule: (subject to change)

Week 1 – Lesson: Healthy Wholefoods.  Movement: Mega Obstacle Course, Dodgeball, T-Ball, Smoothie Workshop

Week 2 – Lesson: Why We Move. Movement: Agility Obstacle Course, Modified Hockey, Touch Footy Skills, Tug-a-War

Week 3 – Lesson: The Power of Breath. Movement: Soccer obstacle course, Run the Gauntlet, T-Ball, Beach Ball Rodeo

Week 4 – Lesson: Get Back to Nature. Movement: Mega Obstacle Course, Hockey, Dodgeball, Smoothie Workshop

Role Model & Movement Program:

Why we created this program: our priority is always fun, laughs and great times. And our mission is to inspire happy, healthy, thriving kids. This program is where games and challenges meets play based learning designed to inspire groms to live their healthiest and best life

Where & When: on the open grassy fields at the Maroochydore Rugby Union Fields (Sunshine Coast). This is a 4-hour event that happens just once each holidays

Schedule of activities: below is an overview of what to expect

Kick off with a special welcome and tribal face painting

Dive into the action with a 60min Activate Movement Session. This includes 5-6 games/challenges, like dodge ball, tug-a-war, mega obstacle course, beach ball rodeo, and more

Then cool off with refreshing smoothies. Together we mix fresh fruit and ice to makes delicious treats to energise the body

Next is the sporting skills rotations. This includes 3 x 20min rotations of different team sports, such as hockey, t-ball, soccer, touch football

Then launch into a special challenge that is sure to test and expand the children’s minds. We will keep this challenge a secret for now, but you may like to google “Wim Hof” for a clue of to expect

Finish with a “Meet Your Ancestors” workshop. The children take a look back in  time and observe how humans used to live (with an emphasis on outside time, moving the body, and eating wholefoods)
